Privacy Policy
This privacy policy will explain how the Data Visualization Society (“We") uses the personal data we collect from you when you interact with our organization. It explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed and stored.
Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:

The right to access – You have the right to request DVS for copies of your personal data where identifiable by name. We may charge you a fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that DVS correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that DVS complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that DVS erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that DVS restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to DVS’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that DVS transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
