Holiday chill by Jane Pong
It is a commonly held belief amongst Hong Kongers that the Lunar New Year period is usually the year's coldest time. The graphic is a visualisation of daily average temperatures in Hong Kong to see whether this theory holds true. It was featured in South China Morning Post just prior to Lunar New Year in February, 2013.
