August 2022 the Italian National Statistics Institute (ISTAT) released data of the possible demographic evolution o9f italian towns with more than 20.000 inhabitants.

This short story map intends to show the the previsions of the ISTAT in a way to see the possible future of a town as result of three demographic elements, mortality, birthrate and net migration rate, creating for every town a polar chart, starting with the actual year 2022 showing the next 10 years of prognosis clockwise.

Possible demographic growth or decline can be seen easily from the resulting symbol.
