People of the Pandemic by Shirley Wu
A hyperlocal cooperative simulation game that shows how a hypothetical infectious disease might spread through a very real community. It uses real population and hospital data based on the provided US zip code, as well as real people's decisions whether to stay home each week to simulate the spread. The goal was to ground the very large COVID case numbers being released in March 2020 within an individual's context.
