Food Bank: Cost of living crises by Information Lab Ireland

We are currently in a cost of living crisis in the UK with an increasing dependency on food banks. Food banks in the UK are also reliant on donation from the public, however with more than 35M people at risk of fuel poverty and increases in food and energy prices people will struggle to take care of themselves let alone help others. I want to create a data visualisation that brings awareness to the current situation and why it's a crisis. The goal is to help educate people on the scale of the situation and what can be done to help.
