15-minute in-state phone rates increments in U.S state prisons by University of Miami

This visualization shows data on in-state phone rates for 15-minute increments in U.S. 50 states prisons from 2008 to 2021. However, the data by Prison Policy Initiative were not compiled periodically, so the change over the time range only gives a general sense of how in-state phone rates vary over time. The states are arranged in alphabetical order.
