The goal in this business dashboard is to understand flow of people into and out of certain departments withing a company. The "modified waterfall" chart shows an aggregate number of those who joined & left the company as well as an overall figure. The sankey diagram then shows where they went/came from. You can then utilize the Tenure filter to determine if, in fact, tenure played a part.

That all said, what is going on with Team 9? It must be toxic!
