It is an infographic project where we study the menu of five restaurants, which stand out for their creativity, taste and quality. The nutritional value of the food has been used to find out trends, which make them particular. Revealing the four most commonly used ingredients, we improvised a dish.

We break down the dishes ingredient by ingredient and place them on a four-axis chart, one for each food group:

Vegetables and fruits
Dairy products eggs and derivatives
Meat and fish
Cereals, legumes and sugar

The arrangement of these within each group is defined by their number of calories (vertical axis), and in alphabetical order. (horizontal axis). Finally, we combine the ingredients recipe by recipe.
