By using colours to represent percentages, this project seeks to highlight how often each variable (restaurant type, food type, contributing factor) is involved in a restaurant-related outbreak. If done on a computer, I would use gradients to eliminate rounding to the nearest 5%. Centering and spacing of elements would also be more accurate.
