If I'm on a road trip, I'm stopping at McDonald's.

I wanted to look at McDonald's restaurants in a way that shows just how far they stretch across the country, while always maintaining those iconic golden arches. It’s fun to play on this map and explore different McDonald’s locations. You can zoom in and see the surrounding areas, as well as see what features each restaurant has. But no matter where you click, the golden arches are always there!

In addition to the detailed view of restaurants, it’s also fascinating to explore the concentration of locations around metro areas. Even the great expanse of the western US is dotted with McDonald’s focused around highways, which you can explore as you zoom in.
