Europe, visualised by The European Correspondent
Europe, visualised is a heartfelt project by The European Correspondent, a volunteer-led journalism platform dedicated to telling nuanced, inclusive stories about Europe. This book compiles some of our most impactful data visualizations, exploring themes like economic inequality, demographic shifts, and environmental challenges. Each piece offers a thoughtful, data-driven lens on underreported issues, ensuring representation across all corners of the continent—not just Western Europe. Guided by a style guide designed for clarity and tested for color blindness, we ensure our visuals are accessible and understandable to the general public. This project celebrates the power of data storytelling to uncover trends, challenge assumptions, and paint a vibrant, interconnected picture of Europe.
