Family Circle by Tiffany Ong

This family weekend project emerged spontaneously, inspired by the cultural significance of kākahu as heirlooms. The final piece is a visual representation of our family’s data, capturing not only a part of our lineage but also the collaboration, creativity, and bonding we shared in making it. Through this hands-on process, we not only deepened our connections but also created a memory and a potential heirloom that celebrates the essence of family in a tactile way.
