(Not) Sleeping like a baby by Iowa State University

In this visualization submitted to Love Data Week 2024, we explore the sleeping patterns of a newborn baby and her sleep-deprived parents during their first month together. Spiral time plots are used to represent the cyclical nature of the day beginning and ending at 0:00h for each daily cycle.
