Uluru in Lines by Terence Teo

This visualisation shows the elevation of Uluru/Ayers Rock in the Northern Territory, Australia, as a series of ridgelines. I like how the lines convey not only elevation but light and shadow with their clustering. I created this visualisation using the free and open-source R statistical computing language, which makes it accessible and reproducible.
