HR Analytics by LICET

The HR Dashboard is an interactive Tableau project designed to provide key insights into workforce demographics, hiring trends, and income distribution. The dataset was generated using ChatGPT and the Faker library, ensuring realistic HR data for analysis. The dashboard consists of three main sections: Overview, Demographics, and Income, with dynamic filters for gender, employment status, and year of hire. This allows HR professionals to analyze trends, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions efficiently. The project involved data cleaning, preprocessing, and visualization using Tableau, making the insights easily interpretable. The goal was to create a user-friendly and insightful dashboard that supports HR analytics in workforce planning and decision-making.
