Kavindya is pursuing a Masters in Learning, Design and Technology at the Stanford University. She currently serves at the Head of Strategy/Co-founder of Without Borders, focused on designing innovative learning and training tools for local schools and educators. The organization runs four Idea Labs across Sri Lanka and has trained 2600+ young people and local teachers in design thinking, problem solving and creative learning pedagogies.

Bronwen is a co-founder of DATA4CHANGE. She has a PhD in anthropology and has worked for the past 10 years in research and innovation. She loves building web scrapers, scouring the internet for data, and blending qualitative and quantitative storytelling. DATA4CHANGE helps Civil Society Organisations create powerful data-driven advocacy projects by connecting them with global and local experts in data, design, tech and journalism to forge real change.

Leng Montgomery is a Diversity and Inclusion Executive and Trans specialist from the UK who actively engages and consults with private and public sector companies. Leng works as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Cushman and Wakefield, and prior to this served in a similar role at Sainsbury's. In 2014 he was the first openly trans contestant on BBC’s Masterchef. He has been shortlisted in the 2018 LGBT Awards under the ‘Corporate Rising Star’ category and spoke at TEDx London in July 2018.
