Emotion Park by Mustafa Saifee, Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture

Emotion Park is an experimental data visualization project to see how well machines can analyze song lyrics. The visualization tries to capture the emotion of the song lyrics in the form of a flower. I used two albums for this purpose: 'Dark side of the Moon' by Pink Floyd and 'Damnation' by Opeth as these are my favorite albums and also both the bands are known for creating concept albums.

It also aims to see how the emotion of the complete song or album (when seen together) is different from emotions of the each line in the lyrics.
