The invisible persistence of pain by Rita Giordano

The work want to create awareness about chronic pain and let people understand what it is. The data came from the health survey of 2017 in England, published December 2020 from the Public Health of England. To analysed the data I used R and also to create the chart using graphical R packages such as "waffle" and "ggplot2". I first draw by hand the illustrations, scanned and polished with Photoshop. I used Affinity Designer to assemble the illustrations and the charts into an infographic .
