Call Center by The Information Lab
Sankeys are often requested in business analytics but rarely utilized effectively. This dashboard was my attempt at including a Sankey to show how the customer call center experience flowed with the added interaction to dive deeper into each group. By providing clickable icons that expand each category, billing questions, service outages, and payments, the user can dive deep into what is influencing those end-user experiences.
