Biodiversity and management of agricultural landscapes by Figures CC

The "Biodiversity" project is based on a study by the Leopoldina Academy on the connection between species extinction and agriculture. The particular challenge was to put this extensive study into a form that is understandable but not truncated. Figures created a mix of data visualization, 3D representations, and information layers that allows users to quickly learn about the topic, but also to delve deeper. In addition, recommendations for politics, business and the judiciary are conveyed, shedding light on the next steps in the topic.
